Terms of use
The rules for using OraBlink. Your company's subscription agreement, where there is one, comes first.
The service
OraBlink helps a business collect sustainability data, calculate its greenhouse gas emissions and prepare reports against published frameworks (for example IFRS S1 and S2, ESRS, GRI, the GHG Protocol). It is provided by OraBlink Company, Commercial Registration 7054814541, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your account
- An account is for one named person. Keep your password and sign in codes to yourself; tell your administrator at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your company's administrator decides who has access and with which role. The person who enters a record cannot approve it.
- Use a work email and accurate details.
Your company's data
- Your company owns the data it enters and is responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to enter it, including any personal data of other people.
- OraBlink calculates figures from the records and published emission factors and shows the source of every figure. Every figure is entered or imported by the customer and confirmed by a person.
- A report is your company's report. Your company decides whether it is complete and correct before it is published or given to anyone.
- An administrator can download the company's data at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not try to reach another company's data, test the service's security without written permission, upload malicious files, or use the service to break any law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy notice. Cookies and browser storage are described in the Cookie notice.
Fees
Price list of 23 October 2026. Annual subscriptions, in US dollars, per product and per year. Each product is licensed on its own; there is no onboarding fee and no discount.
| Product | Standard | Premium | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| IFRS S1/S2 | 6,000 | 20,000 | 50,000 |
| ESRS (CSRD) | 6,000 | 20,000 | 50,000 |
| GRI | 5,000 | 18,000 | 45,000 |
| SMETA | 4,000 | 15,000 | 40,000 |
| EcoVadis | 4,000 | 15,000 | 40,000 |
What each tier includes, and its maximum (the same for every product):
| Standard | Premium | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Legal entities | 1 included, up to 2 | 3 included, up to 7 | 8 included, no maximum |
| Sites | 2 included, up to 4 | 5 included, up to 14 | 15 included, no maximum |
| Countries | 1 included, up to 2 | 3 included, up to 5 | 6 included, no maximum |
| Users | 5 included, up to 10 | 15 included, up to 25 | 30 included, no maximum |
- Above what a tier includes, and up to its maximum, each addition is charged per year: USD 5,000 per legal entity, USD 1,000 per site, USD 1,000 per country and USD 1,000 per pack of 5 users. Enterprise has no maximum; its additions are charged at the same rates.
- An additional consolidated report is USD 2,000, charged only when agreed with you.
- A company that needs more than a tier's maximum moves to the next tier. The tier quoted is the lowest priced tier that fits all of the company's entities, sites, countries and users.
- An upgrade during the term starts at once: the new fee for the rest of the term, less the unused part of the current fee, counted in days. A downgrade takes effect at renewal, and only if the company then fits the lower tier.
- OraBlink sets and enforces each licence: a product, tier or term your company does not hold is not available.
- A renewal is at the price list in force at the time. Prices change only by a new dated price list, never on a running term.
Carbon Credit, per project, with no annual tier and no discount. The fee of a project is the larger of the minimum of its category and its cumulative chargeable tCO2e times the category rate:
| Category | Projects | USD per tCO2e | Minimum (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A - Standard | Wind; forest protection (REDD+); cookstoves; ICVCM CCP-labelled credits*; equivalent projects | 1.00 | 10,000 |
| B - Premium | Improved forest management; afforestation; reforestation; revegetation; equivalent projects | 1.50 | 15,000 |
| C - Enterprise | Blue carbon; biochar; technology based removal; equivalent projects | 5.00 | 20,000 |
- The minimum is paid in advance and credited against the project's fee; it is not charged again.
- Chargeable tCO2e, the billing milestones and the evidence are those defined in your project contract. Each project is counted on its own; projects are not pooled.
- * ICVCM CCP is a credit quality label, not a project class. Where a project could fall in more than one category, the category in the project contract applies.
- Not included: registry fees, validation and verification, credit purchases and third party transaction charges. No registration, issuance or sale of credits is guaranteed.
Billing and payment. All prices exclude VAT and third party costs; Saudi VAT (15%) is added on the invoice where it applies. Billing is annual in advance, by invoice; payment is due within 30 days. A quote is not an invoice.
Support. No availability service level is offered at any tier. Support response targets: Standard 2 business days, Premium 1 business day, Enterprise 4 business hours. These are targets for a first response, not resolution times.
Not included. OraBlink gives no assurance, audit opinion, official SMETA audit or EcoVadis rating; third party fees are not included.
Cancellation. The current term is not refunded. Your company's data is kept for 90 days after the subscription ends and then deleted (see the Privacy notice).
Data processing
For the data your company enters, OraBlink acts as its processor under the data processing terms.
Suspension
OraBlink may suspend the service for nonpayment after 14 days' written notice. It may suspend it immediately only for a security risk or unlawful use, and then gives notice the same day. Your company's data is not deleted during a suspension; it is kept as described in the Privacy notice.
Liability
Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the customer paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit, nor for lost data beyond restoring it from backup. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or where the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia does not allow a limit.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are decided by the competent courts in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes
Material changes to these terms are notified by e-mail 30 days before they take effect, and your company may end its subscription before they take effect. Every change is published here with its date.
